Texas Government Code § 406.024 sets out the standard fees a Notary Public may charge for notary public services. In addition, § 406.111 sets out the fee of an online notarization.
All services (except online notarization) delivered by Stamped, Inked & Sealed will incur a travel charge, which is separate from Texas Notary Fees.
